We came in for a late lunch around 3pm today. Im not a big fan of their burgers but my niece and nephew wanted to eat here so I obliged. As we were finishing up our meal, we saw an elderly man, sitting at the table next to us, drop his bag of food on the floor and when he went to pick it up, all his fries fell out. He was picking at them to save the ones that didnt touch the ground and discarded the rest. I looked over and he was able to save less than a handful. I walked inside and asked one of the employees if they could replace his fries and she told me she'd ask her manager. After speaking with the manager, she happily made the gentleman a new order of fries.

Although Im not a fan if their burgers, their customer service is stellar. A little kindness goes a long way and I wish this place a lot of success. I hope someone from upper management reads this review and gives these employees the praise they deserve. Bravo Habit employees.

Iconic institution. Many locations springing up.Havent been in awhile. Heres what I know after this visit.Meat composition and size difference.Smaller and cant get caramelization because of the composition....additives.Smaller all the way around...bun.ect
Ect.....Garlic herb fries were good although Luke hot.
Premises: Tables dirty, urinal clogged , bathroom not maintained.
Staff...much older than expected for a college aged upbeat staff.Burger place lifers.Step back to Mickey dees. Now questioning price point and burger quality.15 minute wait...the cooking methode and flavor has changed.

Them sweet potato Fries were AMAZING! I got the #2 Charburger and my daughter got her little kids meal, the wife got her self some sweet potato fries. It was very nice and clean on the inside. The food alone was served nice and hot and it was delicious. I like how they have an outside patio which makes it convenient for the family and I who love the sun. They have a pager set so it vibrates when your food is ready. We really enjoyed our time there and the food was awesome! Until next time!

Hey guys... I'm a total Ahi fish burger fan.  On the wheat bun is the ultimate best!   ... paired up with the green beans (with ranch, of course) ... and the new Cucumber Citrus drink is yummy too!  I've had this combo at many Habit locations (Huntington Beach, Cypress, Irvine, Costa Mesa) and it's always on point.  Last night, however, YOUR green beans were OVER SALTED.  OMG.  Hardly edible.  Please correct this, STAT as I frequent the gym in the same parking lot and really want to be a regular here... and yes, I'll remember to mention it next time "easy salt".  Thanks!

Established in 1969 in Santa Barbara, this is The Habit's newest location in Orange County, next to 24 Hour Fitness and across the street from Sam's Club.

Their charburgers are similar to In N Out, but they let you add avocado for an extra charge $1.29 (In N Out is still the best). They serve different varieties of charburgers, signature sandwiches, salads, sides such as onion rings, sweet potato fries, tempura green beans, and side salad/side caesar salad. They have a variety of fresh brewed iced teas as well.

I came in for an early dinner on a Monday, and got the CHAR CHEESEBURGER with added avocado. I also got a side of TEMPURA GREEN BEANS. The cheeseburger was fresh off the grill and delicious with that mayo and avocado. The green beans were fresh, but did not have a lot of flavor. I dipped them in bbq sauce which made it better.

The inside is nice and clean, and the booths are so plush and comfortable. They have outdoor seating as well. Customer service was great, and the cashier was very nice. Overall 4.5 stars.

I will definitely be back, and can't wait to try their fresh brewed iced teas and frozen treats.

Happy eating and Happy National Burger Day lol (I just realized that earlier after I finished my meal)!
